So I drew this picture in my notebook when I was at school (not during class of course.) I didn't realize it was a request until I was looking back through my old journal entries and found two people asking if I could draw Jolteon (and other Pokemon) for them. So since I had the picture drawn, I decided to color it. Enjoy!
